Telehealth allows you to take control of your health and your schedule.

We now offer convenient, remote treatment for ARIZONA & NEVADA residents only. At this time, Telehealth visits are only available for environmental allergies  (Telehealth is not available for food allergy or hormone treatment).

Instructions for Telehealth

1. Call our office at (480) 827-9945 for instructions to set up a telehealth consultation. Please let our staff know if you are in Nevada, so we can adjust for time zone differences.
2. Set up an account through our Patient Ally Portal and complete the new patient paperwork online.
3. Once an appointment with our provider has been scheduled, directions and a link to our secure telehealth portal will be sent via email and/or text message.
4. You will be required to pay all deductibles, copays or self-pay charges prior to your telehealth visit.
5. After your consultation, our provider will order any necessary lab work through a local laboratory near you.
